**SUMMARY**
This position is part of a team that informs, enrolls, and services patients for
pharma companies that have patient support programs. Primary role involves
telephonically and on-line working with the patients and caretakers to
administer the patient support program. Empathy towards patients is most
important.
The PAP specialist will guide the applicant/patient/caretaker in completing
specialist will have to be computer savvy. A key component to success in this
role is ability to manage multiple tasks and follow SOP. PAP specialist will
also support the medication distribution center activities to include receiving,
inventory management and distributing medications. Other duties as assigned.
**EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE**
- BSc/B Pharm/Health Degree preferred.
- Psychology Degree a plus
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- PAP patient enrolment and follow up, systems management
- Demonstrates effective problem-solving skills.
- Teamwork/Cooperation
**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES**
- Checking Prescriptons (Rx’s) and ensuring valid Rx
- Doing KYC
- Following SOP.
- Computer savvy
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
