An Employee Benefits Representative will act as a liaison, provide information and resolve any emerging problems experienced by our clients/members with accuracy and efficiency. The target is to ensure excellent customer service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Respond to and resolve customer service inquiries and issues by identifying the topic and type of assistance the customer needs such as benefits, eligibility, and claims
- Identify gaps in processes and work closely with other departments for process improvement
- Help guide and educate customers about the fundamentals and benefits of their health plan benefits
- Work with providers (doctor’s offices)
- Own known problems through to resolution on behalf of the customer/provider
- Provide education and status on pre-authorizations
- Provide excellent teamwork
- Any other duties assigned
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Superior listening skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to exercise good judgment and escalate calls as appropriate
- Ability to perform tasks with professionalism
- Ability to understand and follow procedures
- Ability to work in a face-paced environment
- Multitasking and organizational skills
- Ability to attend company, department, and team meetings as required, including industry training sessions
- Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures, proactively protecting the confidentiality of Client and company information
- Ability to work on a computer for a prolonged amount of time
- Ability to work overtime as needed based on industry demands
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attentiveness and patience
- Ability to find the positive and remain calm in any situation

Required experience - 2-5 years

CTC offered - Above industry standards (Excellent Hike)

Shift - Day/ night - Night

Shift timing - 6:30PM to 3:30AM

WFH (WFO after 6-12months)

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
