**Job Title**: Office Administrator

1. **Account Management**: Supervise and manage financial transactions utilizing TallyPrime.
2. **Customer Service**: Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, both telephonic and walk-ins. Undertake follow-up telecalling with customers. The ability to multitask is essential.
3. **Document Management**: Responsible for managing and handling files and documents akin to library work, including purchase, sales, and other office files, product catalogs, etc.
4. **Sales Engagement**: Participate in sales calls and cater to walk-in customers.
6. **Staff Management**: Prior experience in managing junior staff is preferred.
7. **Inventory Management**: Maintain updated stock records and keep a register for human and stock inflow and outflow on the premises.
8. **Audit and Surveillance**: Regularly verify audits with proof from CCTV footage.

**Qualifications**:
1. Proficiency in TallyPrime is mandatory.
2. Competence in Windows 11, Google products (Sheets, Docs, Drive), Microsoft products (Excel, Word), and internet surfing.
3. A graduate degree in any discipline.
4. Eagerness to acquire new skills like Photoshop and Digital Marketing.
5. A proactive learning mindset and sharp intellect.
6. Ability to work productively and manage time effectively.
7. Commitment to work for a minimum duration of 2 to 3 years. A 2-day trial work period will be provided, post which a minimum commitment of 2 to 3 years is expected. Exit is permissible only in the month of September.
