**Job Title: Export Sales Representative**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities in international markets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale.
- Coordinate with the logistics team for timely product delivery.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and market conditions.

**Must-Have Skills**:

- Proven experience in export sales or international trade.
- Strong understanding of global markets and trade regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to travel internationally.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Proficiency in a second language.
- Experience in the relevant industry.

**Salary and Benefits**:

- Annual CTC: ₹3,00,000 - ₹12,00,000, depending on experience.
- Performance-based incentives and bonuses.
- Health insurance and other benefits.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year

Shift:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
