Business Devlopment Executive

**Position Overview**:
The Business Executive is responsible for supporting the sales and production processes within a company. They handle the creation of sales quotations, orders, invoices, and various documentation related to production, quality control, and inventory management. Additionally, they prepare management information system (MIS) reports, calculate wages, and assist in maintaining accurate records. The Process Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and efficient coordination between sales, production, and inventory management departments.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Support**:
- Generate sales quotations based on customer requirements and pricing guidelines.
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary information is included.
- Prepare invoices for completed sales transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to address any issues or concerns related to quotations, orders, or invoices.
**E-Commerce Support**:
- Daily monitoring of the E-Commerce website to collect information about new orders and confirm the orders.
- Packaging of the product and making it ready for delivery.
- Collecting the acknowledgement from the delivery personnel.
- Dispatching the product with delivery personnel.
**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
