Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development:Collaborate with the marketing team and senior management to create comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, consumer preferences, and potential areas of growth.
Utilize data-driven insights to develop effective marketing strategies to reach target audiences.

Branding and Product Promotion:Develop and execute branding initiatives that communicate the company's value proposition and unique selling points for dairy products.
Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, including advertising, digital marketing, social media, and promotions, to increase product visibility and engagement.
Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling marketing materials, such as brochures, product catalogs, and online content.

Customer Acquisition and Retention:Identify and explore new customer segments and market opportunities to expand the customer base.
Implement customer acquisition programs to attract new clients and increase customer loyalty.
Develop and execute customer retention strategies, including loyalty programs and customer feedback initiatives.

Sales Support:Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide them with marketing support, tools, and materials to enhance their sales efforts.
Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results and achieve sales targets.

Trade Shows and Events:Plan and participate in relevant industry trade shows, events, and exhibitions to showcase the company's dairy products and network with potential clients and industry partners.

Budget Management:Responsible for managing the marketing budget efficiently to achieve maximum return on investment (ROI) from marketing activities.

Reporting and Analysis:Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketing initiatives to assess their effectiveness.
Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, performance, and ROI for presentation to senior management.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
