Profile
- Must have managed a team of salespeople
- Must be proficient in writing proposals in clear English
- Regular meetings with proposed customers assess the proposals and close deals
- Daily monitoring of sales & operations. Ensuring the targets are met through joint calls.
- Keeping a track of documentation and Processes.
- Regular meetings with the sales and operation team to keep them motivated.

Education and Experience Requirements:

**Salary: 25k-30k (Acc to experience)**

**Languages Known: Hindi/English/Local language**

**Roles and Responsibilities:

- **Selling only Electric products in Bangalore to Institution and not dealers
- Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
- Must have managed a team of salespeople
- Must be proficient in writing proposals in clear English
- Regular meetings with proposed customers assess the proposals and close deals
- Daily monitoring of sales & operations. Ensuring the targets are met through joint calls.
- Keeping a track of documentation and Processes.
- Regular meetings with the sales and operation team to keep them motivated.
- Researching prospects and generating leads.
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
- Managing the sales process through specific software programs
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Participating in sales team meetings.
- Contributing to the development of marketing strategies.
- Designing and implementing marketing plans for company products.
- Answering client queries about product specifications and uses.
- Maintaining client relations.
- Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.
- Creating and presenting sales performance reports.
