The Drilling Services Product and Technology Team is looking for a self-contained, motivated, and structured project coordinator to join our team. This will be a unique opportunity to join a cross discipline team working with state-of-the-art technologies in the energy development industry. The position is based in Pune, India.

**As a Project Coordinator - Drilling Technology, you will be responsible for**:

- Maintaining Time Processing and related tasks
- Working on Cost Object Management (Internal Order maintenance)
- Monitoring of internal and external purchasing
- Following up on PMO Task assignments & Continues Improvement Initiatives
- Collaborating for improving administrational processes within the PMO
- Supporting maintenance of business intelligence software (ThoughtSpot)
- Executing standard and ad hoc reporting

To be successful in this role you will
- Have Bachelor of Arts or comparable degree in Business Administration
- Have 3+ years professional experience in relevant discipline, covering good financial knowledge
- Have experience in Project Controls in a Technology Development organization
- Have experience with SAP / Ariba
- Have strong intercultural skills and ability to build relationship with remote stakeholders
- Showing in-depth experience with MS-Office software package
- Have experience with business intelligence software (preferably ThoughtSpot)
- Have experience with Project Management software (preferably Clarity)
