Service Coordinator

_Job Title:_ _Service CoordinatorEmployment Type:_ _Full-time, on-siteResponsibilities:_
1-Coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents in relation to tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires and pre-qualifications.
2- Collate tender information and references from various sources such as online search engines, industry and market intelligence data etc., which are needed for submission.
3- Monitor and ensure that tender submission due dates are strictly adhered to, including the checking, binding, packing and preparation of outgoing submissions.
4-Working Knowledge of Gem Portal - Bidding, Clarification, Preparing Documents, Coordination with client
- _Assessing clients' needs_
- _Pointing clients towards services, resources and providers that can fulfil their needs_
- _Explaining to clients how our solutions can resolve their pain points_
- _Overseeing job training for the client care team_
- _Resolving issues that arise concerning the delivery of our services_
- _Scheduling appointments for our clients_
- _Maintaining and tracking clients' service records_
- _Staying current on new services we develop_
- _Evaluating our services and helping to identify areas of improvement_
- Requirements/Preferences:_
- _At least three years of experience in service coordination, customer service or a related field_
- _Strong work ethic_
- _Familiarity with IT infrastructure and relevant solutions_
- _Proven ability to work on a team_
- _Excellent communication, organisational and record keeping skills_
- _Creative problem-solving skills_
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,862.17 - ₹36,701.21 per month
