**Talent Acquisition Specialist**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and making job offers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the company's recruitment needs and requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and professional networks to source top talents.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and implement as needed.
- Establish scalable network and strong selection process ensuring the right talent is getting in to the organization

**Must have**:

- Experience in Cloud and DevOps hiring
- Start-up hiring experience
- Experience in handling end to end talent acquisition from Technology industry
- Ability to close positions within set timelines
- Campus recruitment experience

**Good to have**:

- Working knowledge of Zoho Recruit is an added advantage
- Driving Market Intelligence, Talent mapping, Talent Branding
- Experience in Non IT roles hiring
- Knowledge in various recruitment metrics and ability to optimize and improve the overall recruitment process.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years experience in recruitment
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Hands on experience with posting jobs on social media, job boards, recruitment tools.
- Research and analytical skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to use data to make informed decisions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹400,001.00 per year
