Medical Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement strategies to attract and facilitate medical tourism, including marketing initiatives and partnerships.
Coordinate and manage the end-to-end process for international patients, including travel arrangements, accommodation, medical appointments, and post-treatment care.
Liaison with medical professionals, administrative staff, and external partners to ensure a smooth patient experience.
Collaborate with medical and administrative teams to customize treatment packages for international patients.
Provide detailed information to international patients regarding medical procedures, costs, and logístical details.
Stay informed about medical advancements, visa regulations, and cultural considerations to enhance the medical tourism program.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, hotels, and other service providers to ensure high-quality services for international patients.
Monitor and evaluate the success of the medical tourism program, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards related to medical tourism services.
Prepare and present reports on medical tourism activities and outcomes to senior management.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical tourism management or a related role.
Proven track record of successfully managing international patient services.
Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and medical procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with international travel regulations and healthcare standards.
Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes.
Spoken and Written African, Arabic, Russian language proficiency
