Travel Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Management and Pre-Sales Activities**:
- Engage with potential leads received through various channels (e.g., website inquiries, social media, walk-ins).
- Conduct initial outreach calls to assess client travel needs and preferences.
- Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements and budget constraints, identifying potential for conversion.
- **Customer Engagement and Conversion**:
- Provide detailed information on domestic and international travel packages, destinations, and itineraries to prospective customers.
- Address any questions or concerns clients may have, establishing trust and rapport.
- Follow up consistently to nurture leads through the sales pipeline and drive them towards booking.
- **Consultative Selling and Customization**:
- Offer tailored travel solutions by understanding clients’ interests, preferences, and expectations.
- Work closely with the product and operations team to provide accurate and up-to-date information on packages and offerings.
- Suggest add-ons or upgrades to enhance customer experiences, where applicable.
- **Sales Administration and Reporting**:
- Maintain a clear and organized record of all lead interactions and conversions in CRM software.
- Track key metrics, including conversion rates, follow-up success, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide insights on lead quality and conversion trends.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in travel sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a persuasive approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a target-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is preferred.
