**URGENTLY REQUIRED Senior Manager/ AGM - Contract and Procurement**

**Location:

- SANPADA Navi Mumbai (REAL ESTATE ORGANISATION)**

**Education: Full Time
- B.Tech /B.E (Civil)**

**Working Experience: 10 TO 15 yrs**

**SALARY CRITERIA - 10 LACS TO 18 LACS DEPENDING UPON EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE**

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Understand project goals and target milestones, forecast packages with respect to project planning.Develop Vendor database for all trade packagesCarry out Prequalification process for shortlisting tenderers for contract awardsTender document compilation including but not limited to drafting of Special conditions of contract, proactively controlling cost variations/ extra items.Review all Work Orders pertaining to the project and understand Contract conditions; Maintenance of Contract Register for KEY WO's to monitor progress, delays, financial completion as well as for Commercial ClosureEnsure the work orders / purchase orders are released in time so that there is no delay in constructionMaintain contractual correspondence with the vendors/contractors pertaining to concerns such as slow progress of works, non-performance, perpetual delays, delay notice/claims/penalties, etc.Settle all variations; check/verify all variations and release amendment orders in coordination with commercial and C&B team.De-scoping WO's of failed vendors and subsequent issuance of WO's to new vendors; provide periodic feedback to the commercial Team regarding vendor performance on site.Answers all the Audit queries regarding the contracts and responsible to close the queries.Resolve contractual and commercial issues and highlight/address areas of risk such as ambiguities, conflicts or deviations from contract scope and suggest mitigation and remedial actions to Project Head.Conduct timely meetings to resolve material / workmanship and progress related issues with the stakeholders and contractors.Conduct Tender techno-commercial negotiation meetings with tenderers & Internal stakeholders.Preparation & release of Contract documents.Restrict impact of claims during contract period.
