**Position Description**:

- Should have experience in Test planning
- Create detailed test scenarios/test cases
- Should be able to map the test cases to system requirements/ user stories and create/update traceability matrix
- Load test case into the appropriate Test Case Management tool
- Lead/Participate in walkthrough of detailed Test Cases with stakeholders
- Identify right test data and prepare for all the test cases relatively
- Execute test cases ,analyze and report the results
- Good with defect management (Open, assign and retest defects, manages their own reported defects accurately)
- Escalate blocking defects in right forums
- Should have very good communication skills and also should be a good team player
- Provide daily metrics/status reporting
