**Responsibilities:

- **
- Design and maintain scalable, reliable, secure and cost-optimized Architecture using MERN (MongoDB, Express, React, Node) Stack by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for architectural decisions, system components, and APIs.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, designing, implementation, testing, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with DevOps engineers to design and implement deployment strategies, continuous integration, and delivery pipelines
- Drive the technical strategy and lead team(s) in meeting the strategic objectives.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and technical team members.

**Requirement and Skills:

- **
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 7+ yrs as a System Architect or Lead Developer with a strong focus on the MERN stack.
- Experience of working on different databases like MongoDB, Postgre SQL and DynamoDB.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, including ES6+ features and functional programming concepts
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong architectural and design skills, with the ability to evaluate trade-offs and make sound technical decisions.
- Proficient in using version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Experience in formulating deployment strategies on cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, and Azure.
- Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Experience in Agile / SCRUM development process.
- Experience in handling client queries.
