Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic team in Indore. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of hands-on experience in developing robust and scalable web applications using Mongo DB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. This is an on-site role where you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack (Mongo DB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
Write clean, modular, and well-documented code while following best practices.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and stakeholders to create seamless and user-friendly web applications.
Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and troubleshoot issues during development.
Conduct unit testing and integration testing to ensure application quality.
Participate in agile development processes, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews.
Stay up to date with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in web development.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in developing web applications using the MERN stack.
Strong proficiency in React.js for building dynamic and responsive front-end components.
In-depth knowledge of Node.js and Express.js for developing back-end APIs.
Hands-on experience with Mongo DB for database design and optimization.
Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel).
Knowledge of RESTful API integration and version control systems (e.g., Git).
Experience in using state management libraries like Redux or Context API.
Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts effectively.
Quick learner and adaptable to new technologies and tools.
