Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic team in Indore. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of hands-on experience in developing robust and scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. This is an on-site role where you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.



Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
  • Write clean, modular, and well-documented code while following best practices.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and stakeholders to create seamless and user-friendly web applications.
  • Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and troubleshoot issues during development.
  • Conduct unit testing and integration testing to ensure application quality.
  • Participate in agile development processes, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews.
  • Stay up to date with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in web development.



Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in developing web applications using the MERN stack.
  • Strong proficiency in React.js for building dynamic and responsive front-end components.
  • In-depth knowledge of Node.js and Express.js for developing back-end APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with MongoDB for database design and optimization.
  • Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel).
  • Knowledge of RESTful API integration and version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Experience in using state management libraries like Redux or Context API.
  • Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts effectively.
  • Quick learner and adaptable to new technologies and tools.
