**After Sales/ Post Sales Service coordinator [Real Estate]**

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Post-Sales Service Coordinator to join our team. The Post-Sales Service Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by managing post-sales activities, including handling agreement deeds, and sale deeds, and collecting payments from booked clients.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and manage all agreement deeds and sale deeds accurately and promptly.
- Ensure that all legal documents comply with local regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with legal advisors and authorities as necessary to facilitate the documentation process.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding post-sales inquiries and documentation requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on documentation progress and address any concerns or queries they may have
- Monitor payment schedules and follow up with clients to collect payments according to agreed-upon terms
- Keep accurate records of payment transactions and update client accounts accordingly
- Coordinate with the accounts department to ensure timely and accurate processing of payments
- Address any issues or discrepancies related to documentation or payment processing promptly and effectively
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and accounts, to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless post-sales service delivery

**Documentation and Record Keeping**:

- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all post-sales documentation, including agreements, deeds, and payment records.
- Ensure that all documentation is filed and stored securely for future reference and audit purposes.

**Qualification: Garduate**

**Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience**

**Maximum of 3 years of experience**

**Salary : Max 40K**

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
