Area Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by visiting potential clients, such as contractors, builders, and developers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
- Promote and sell a range of construction materials, ensuring customers are aware of the quality and affordability of Vera Buildcon’s products.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline and closing deals.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Gather market intelligence on competitors, customer preferences, and emerging trends to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the internal team, including logistics and customer service, to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts using CRM software.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote Vera Buildcon and expand the customer base.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the construction materials industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
