**Customer Acquisition**:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Acquisition & Support Specialist. In this role, you will focus on acquiring new customers for our brands and providing exceptional support to existing users. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, and ensure a seamless experience for clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify leads, pitch the platform’s features and benefits, and convert leads into clients.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects and keep accurate records of interactions.

**Customer Support**:

- Handle inbound customer calls to resolve queries and provide technical assistance related to the platform.
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex problems to the development team if needed.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions.

**Relationship Management**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing customers.
- Educate customers on product updates, features, and improvements to maximize platform usage.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure consistent communication and customer satisfaction.
- Provide feedback to improve platform features based on customer interactions.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business development: 1 year (preferred)
- Lead generation: 1 year (preferred)
