Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant Intern will provide administrative support to the executive team, assisting with various tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in high-level administrative functions and learn the intricacies of executive support within a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:Administrative Support:

- **Scheduling and Calendar Management**:

- Assist in managing executives’ calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
- Help organize and prioritize daily tasks to ensure optimal time management.
- **Meeting Preparation and Coordination**:

- Prepare agendas, presentations, and materials for executive meetings.
- Attend meetings to take notes and prepare minutes.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, including room bookings, catering, and technical support.
- **Travel Arrangements**:

- Assist in planning and booking travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for executives.
- Prepare travel expense reports and ensure timely reimbursement.

Communication and Correspondence:

- Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and documents.
- **Internal and External Liaison**:

- Serve as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Assist in building and maintaining professional relationships with clients, partners, and team members.

Project and Task Management:

- **Project Assistance**:

- Support executives in managing and executing various projects.
- Assist in tracking project progress, deadlines, and deliverables.
- **Task Coordination**:

- Help prioritize and manage tasks assigned to executives.
- Ensure follow-up on important actions and decisions.

Office Management Support:

- **Documentation and Filing**:

- Assist in organizing and maintaining electronic and physical files.
- Ensure confidential information is handled with discretion.
- **Office Supplies and Equipment**:

- Help monitor and replenish office supplies as needed.
- Ensure office equipment is functioning properly.

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Basic understanding of executive support functions is a plus.
