Intern-assistant executive producer

Role Summary We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Intern Assistant Executive Producer to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the production process, assisting in planning, coordination, and execution of various projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about the media and entertainment industry.
Key Responsibilities · Assist the Executive Producer in day-to-day project management tasks.
· Coordinate with creative, production, and technical teams to ensure seamless workflow.
· Support pre-production planning, including research, script editing, and logistics.
· Monitor schedules, budgets, and deadlines for assigned projects.
· Manage communication with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
· Oversee production timelines and provide updates to the team.
· Attend shoots and production meetings, providing on-ground support as needed.
· Assist in post-production processes, including editing and quality checks.
· Maintain project documentation and reports.
Qualifications and Skills · Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Media, Communication, Film, or a related field.
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
· Excellent verbal and written communication.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools.
· Knowledge of video production and post-production processes is a plus.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
· Creative mindset with a problem-solving approach.
· Working hours – 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
· Location: Santacruz-East (Close to Railway Station)
Immediate Joiner will be preferred
· Salary Range – Between 5k to 10k
· Leave Policy – 12 Annual leaves in a year that includes National and State Holidays
· Food Policy- Yoga Institute is an Ashram that promotes Satvik and holy living to all. You cannot order food from outside while you are at the institute. Only Vegetarian food is allowed at the Institute. Yoga Institute provides Satvik food to all associates serving with them however if the associate wishes to carry his/her own lunch box, it has to be a vegetarian food. STRICTLY NO NON-VEG food will be allowed in the Institute premises
