Job Overview:
As a Sales Coordinator, you will be an integral part of our sales team, providing crucial support and coordination to ensure the smooth functioning of sales activities. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the sales team in various administrative tasks and facilitate communication between internal departments and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and handling correspondence.

2. Order Processing: Assist in processing sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of products/services to clients.

3. Customer Communication: Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries, providing product information, pricing, and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

4. Sales Documentation: Prepare and maintain sales documents, contracts, and reports, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and on time.

5. CRM Management: Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system, including contact details, interactions, and sales activities. Ensure data accuracy and completeness at all times.

6. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the relevant departments to ensure adequate stock availability to meet customer demands.

7. Sales Reporting: Generate sales reports and performance metrics on a regular basis, providing insights to the sales team and management to support decision-making and strategic planning.
