Job Title: Production Executive (Contractual)
Education Qualification - Undergraduate, Diploma, ITI
Location

**Job Description**:
As a Production Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of the production process within our organization. Leveraging your language skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu, you will effectively communicate with diverse teams and stakeholders. This role offers you the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to the success of our production operations.
**Responsibilities:

- **
- Assist in planning production schedules, ensuring timely execution of projects, and coordinating with different departments to meet production targets. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure clear understanding and alignment.
- Monitor the quality of products throughout the production process, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective measures to ensure high-quality output
- Manage resources efficiently, including raw materials, equipment, and manpower, to optimize production processes and minimize waste. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors, negotiating contracts and agreements as needed
- Maintain accurate production records, including inventory levels, production reports, and performance metrics.
- Maintain clear and effective communication channels with team members, supervisors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and address any issues or concerns promptly.

**Requirements:

- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu languages, both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Basic understanding of production processes and principles is preferred.

**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
