**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Primary Sales**:

- Identify and target primary market customers, including large construction companies, infrastructure projects, and government contracts.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve primary sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- **Secondary Sales**:

- Focus on secondary market customers, such as small to medium-sized construction firms and local contractors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with secondary market customers.
- Provide product information and technical support to assist customers in their purchasing decisions.
- **Channel Sales**:

- Develop and manage relationships with distributors and dealers to drive channel sales.
- Implement channel sales strategies and promotional activities to boost sales through distribution partners.
- Conduct regular visits to distributor and dealer locations to monitor performance and provide support.
- **Project Sales**:

- Identify and pursue project sales opportunities in the construction, infrastructure, and manufacturing sectors.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to understand project requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals for project tenders.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers across all sales channels.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- **Negotiation and Closing Sales**:

- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with customers to close sales deals.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales quotations, proposals, and contracts.
- Ensure timely follow-up on sales inquiries and finalize sales transactions.
- **Market Analysis and Reporting**:

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales performance, forecasts, and market insights.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer preferences, and product requirements.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Coordinate with the production, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to drive sales.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote products and network with potential customers.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Handle administrative tasks related to sales, including order processing, invoicing, and follow-up.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role within the steel industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel frequently to meet customers and attend industry events.

**Working Conditions**:

- Primarily based in an office environment, with frequent travel to customer sites, trade shows, and industry events.
- Regular interaction with customers, production teams, logistics, and other stakeholders.
- Standard working hours, with flexibility to work additional hours to meet sales targets and customer needs.
- Physical demands include traveling, standing during presentations, and occasionally lifting promotional materials.

The role of the Sales Executive for Primary, Secondary, Channel, and Project Sales of Steels, TMT, and Steel Pipes is crucial in driving sales growth and expanding the customer base. This position requires strong sales acumen, excellent relationship-building skills, and a thorough understanding of the steel industry and its various sales channels.
