**Responsibilities**:

- **Prospecting**: Conduct door-to-door visits in designated neighborhoods or areas to identify potential customers and generate leads.
- **Product Knowledge**: Acquire in-depth knowledge of the products/services offered to effectively communicate features and benefits to potential customers.
- **Sales Presentations**: Deliver compelling sales presentations at the doorstep, addressing customer needs and concerns, and persuading them to make a purchase.
- **Relationship Building**: Establish and maintain positive relationships with potential customers, providing a personalized experience to enhance customer satisfaction.
- **Lead Generation**: Collect and record customer information, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data for follow-up and reporting.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets while maintaining high-quality interactions with potential customers.
- **Feedback**: Provide feedback to the sales team and management regarding customer reactions, market trends, and areas for improvement.
- **Documentation**: Maintain detailed records of daily activities, sales, and interactions in the CRM system.

**Qualifications**:

- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.

**Education and Experience**:

- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in door-to-door sales, field sales, or direct sales is preferred.
