**About the role**:
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Business Growth Intern to join our team in Mohali. This internship offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business development and support our growth initiatives. The intern will work closely with the customer success and marketing teams to enhance lead qualification, client engagement, and growth strategies; identify opportunities for business expansion, and drive revenue growth.
**What You Need for this Position**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and a willingness to learn CRM systems.
- Motivated self-starter with a passion for business growth and customer acquisition.
**What You Will Be Doing**:
- **Lead Qualification**:
- Assess and qualify inbound leads to ensure they meet our criteria for potential customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop lead qualification strategies.
- **Customer Acquisition**:
- Assist in developing and implementing customer acquisition strategies to attract new clients.
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- **Market Research**:
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and the competitive landscape.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings.
- **Sales Support**:
- Support the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and client communications.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Pay: ₹10,064.73 - ₹12,369.61 per month
