**Key Responsibilities**:

- Utilize the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) to identify and compile a list of prospective clients.
- Conduct thorough research to gather relevant information about prospects, including contact details and key decision-makers.
- Tailor outreach strategies for each prospect to ensure personalized and impactful communication.
- Build and maintain a high-quality lead list sourced from authentic and reliable sources.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and optimize outreach efforts.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data from multiple sources.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools is preferred.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving targets and deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
