Requirements:
1. Previous experience in outbound calling customer service preferred.
2. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Comfortable with using CRM software
5. Basic knowledge of computers ( Word, Excel)
6. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided contact
lists.
2. Introduce our products/services and explain their features and benefits
when required.
3. Maintain accurate records of interactions and customer information in
the CRM
4.Provide feedback to the TL ( Team Lead )
5.Stay updated on product knowledge and Brand SOP
6.Uphold company values and maintain professionalism in all interactions

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chandigarh, Chandigarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Bachelor's (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
