As a Sales Executive at Raak Sapphire, you will play a vital role in promoting our innovative educational solutions and services. Your primary responsibility will be to drive sales growth by developing and executing strategic sales initiatives aimed at acquiring new clients and expanding our footprint in the education sector. This position requires a proactive, results-driven individual with a strong passion for education and a solid background in sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Identify and engage potential clients, including schools, colleges, and educational institutions, through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and social media.
- **Sales Presentations**: Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our solutions, highlighting their benefits and value to potential clients.
- **Relationship Building**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- **Sales Strategy Development**: Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies and campaigns that align with business objectives.
- **Sales Pipeline Management**: Maintain an organized sales pipeline, tracking all interactions, and following up with leads to ensure a seamless sales process.
- **Reporting and Analytics**: Prepare regular sales reports and analytics to assess performance against targets, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities for growth.
- **Customer Support**: Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process and after the sale to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the EdTech or education sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus.
