We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. Your primary duties will include

**Requirements**:
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools. Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends if needed. A passion for delivering exceptional service and building positive customer relationships.
