As a Pre sales executive at Webdura , you will play a pivotal role in identifying and nurturing potential clients from various lead sources. You will be responsible for engaging with leads, assessing their needs, and scheduling meetings with qualified prospects. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our online content creation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Qualification:Contact leads generated from various sources, including inbound inquiries, website visitors, and outbound campaigns.
Conduct Outbound Calls: Initiate calls to prospective customers from provided lead lists, databases, or through cold-calling techniques.
Needs Assessment: Engage leads in meaningful conversations to understand their digital marketing needs, challenges, and goals.
Qualification: Determine the suitability of leads for our services and qualify them based on predefined criteria.
Meeting Scheduling: Schedule online or offline meetings with qualified prospects for our sales team
Follow-Up: Schedule callbacks or follow-up calls and Meeting Schedule Compliance as necessary to nurture the leads .
Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to assist in creating engaging online content, Such as Videos or Reels
Sales Support: Provide valuable insights and data to the sales and delivery team to aid in their client interactions.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system

Qualifications:

Any Female graduate with Minimum 1-3 Years of a experience
Proficiency with languages Hindi and Telugu
Previous experience in pre sales or telecalling is required, with a proven track record
Digital marketing experience is a significant plus, as it will enhance your ability to understand and communicate our services effectively.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
Preference to Tech-savvy with proficiency in using CRM software ,Google docs and other digital tools.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Real estate experience is a Plus
