Job Description:

As a Pre-Sales Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our sales efforts by providing technical expertise, strategic guidance, and tailored solutions to meet our clients' needs. You will work closely with our sales and product teams to deliver exceptional value to our clients and prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and objectives.
  • Engage with clients to identify their technical and business requirements.

Solution Design:

  • Develop innovative and customized solutions that align with client goals.
  • Design architecture, system integrations, and technical specifications to meet client challenges.

Technical Expertise:

  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of healthcare technologies and trends.
  • Stay current on industry developments and emerging technologies.

Presentations and Demonstrations:

  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to clients and prospects.
  • Articulate the technical value proposition effectively.

Proposal Development:

  • Collaborate in the creation of proposals and RFP responses, ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with client requirements.

Proof of Concepts (PoCs):

  • Lead the design and execution of PoCs to showcase the capabilities of our solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to define success criteria and KPIs for PoCs.

Technical Documentation:

  • Create technical documentation, including solution architecture diagrams, implementation plans, and best practice guides.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with product development, engineering, and support teams to ensure alignment between client needs and product roadmaps.

Competitive Analysis:

  • Monitor and analyze competitor offerings and capabilities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to stay ahead in the market.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in computer science

Must have skills:

  • Proven experience in a similar pre-sales solution architect role.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare technologies and solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
  • Proficiency in creating technical documentation.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
