The ideal candidate for this position should possess Night Shift experience, demonstrating exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. A keen interest in acquiring technical skills, preferably with a minimum of 2 years of experience, is essential. The flexibility to work night shifts and be on-call is required, with shift schedules determined by operational needs. Team-playing abilities and active ownership are crucial, involving proactive follow-ups with users to ensure resolution of technical issues. The candidate should be adept at identifying and escalating issues to the appropriate internal teams. A willingness to contribute i deas and opinions as part of a continuous improvement program is highly valued, and a technical background would be advantageous for success in this role.

As a IT Service Desk Analyst, havingexcellent communication is a huge plus. Very good knowledge of Technical Support will also be an integral part of this role.

You are a technology aficionado, therefore you have a good understanding of Incident Management, Ticketing tool. You are able to work independently, prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.
