  • You are a team player with experience working in an agile team delivering continuous improvements to Oracle ERP cloud
  • You possess application functional knowledge in the Oracle Finance modules (eg, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, General Ledger, Collections ,etc)

Role accountabilities:

Collaboration:

  • Collaborates and communicates proactively with Operations BPOs, BPEs, KBUs, and EUs in Finance and Procurement to ensure the applications meet current and future business needs.
  • Collaborates with the product owners, Technical Solution Manager(s) , Sprint Team and vendors to ensure that the solution meets the business needs.
  • Collaborates with wider OOO team to ensure consistency and standards followed for documentations and approach.

Applications Support Maintenance:

  • Member of OOO Domain team implementing solutions to address business priorities with a focus on improved EU experience, functionality, and efficiency.
  • Demonstrates business process knowledge and relevant Oracle domain configuration knowledge to efficiently deliver on Oracle solutions.
  • Works with Arcadis 3rd party vendors in assessing validating proposed solutions and /or creates proposed solutions to address incidents/problems.
  • Participates in Oracle Quarterly Update process working with the Test Manager and KBUs to prepare and execute effective test scripts.
  • Joins Oracle support sessions to understand Oracle product development and thereby improve business efficiency

Applications Enhancement Continuous Improvement:

  • Collaborates with POs, BPOs, BPEs, and OOO teams to deliver CI projects in relevant Oracle domain portfolio. Works on configuration changes as assigned.
  • Contributes to POCs and functional design workshops with POs and/or Functional Solution Managers as assigned.
  • Prepares documentation of configuration changes for CI projects, including deployment guides and/or KBAs for knowledge transfer to third party vendors.
  • Works as part of the sprint team to deliver continuous improvements to the core Oracle financial application

Qualifications Experience:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience practical knowledge
  • 3+ years of proven experience as an Oracle Cloud Finance functional SME
  • Agile/ CI Frameworks
  • Experience with Azure Dev/Ops.
  • Proven experience in creating proposed functional solutions to meet business requirements.
  • SME in the Oracle financial domain with the ability to assess impact of change.
  • Ability to work on Continuous Improvement business projects when needed
  • Demonstrates the ability to take ownership of their deliverables throughout the E2E sprint lifecycle
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving environment with Global stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Oracle integration Cloud / SQL / OTBI / BI Publisher advantageous
