  • Minimum 8-10 Years of experience in IT Staffing with over 2-3 years in Managing direct client relationships
  • Strong experience in lead generation through - cold calling/Email/Networking/market research activities
  • Develop new Client relationships to achieve the business objectives
  • Coordinate between client and team effectively to make successful placement
  • Keeping team motivated to meet the desired objectives and goals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly self-motivated and Independent
Skills / Job Requirements -
  • Should be a Business Major Graduate
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Past relationships with MNC's and be able to bring them along to the company is must
  • Ability to get things done quickly and of high quality
