Position: Manager - Commercial

Industry Experience: 3-5 years Industry Experience

Role Summary
Commercial Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of Commercial department such as purchase, planning & logistics. He/She has to drive department in such a way that the production and other operations of the plant are appropriately supported. He/She has to facilitate Audits in coordination with his own department and other departments.

1) To work on planning, purchase and logistics as per the laid down policies & procedures.
2) Support manufacturing department for its smooth functioning by timely procuring RM/PM.

Statutory Compliances & Audits
1) Responsible for statutory compliances and audits.
2) Responsible for Commercial department audits and stock audit.
3) Ensure documents and records in ERP and manually should be maintained as per norms and regulations, meeting requirements of various audits.

MIS Reports
1) Ensure timely submission of reports of aforesaid audits to Plant head and Management Committee on weekly, fortnightly and monthly basis.

Technical Efficiency
1) Ensure Technical Efficiency Analysis is carried out on weekly, monthly and yearly basis in consultation with production department & should be shared with Plant Head & Management Committee.

Engineering Purchase
1) Ensure spare and consumable purchase for maintenance, admin departments.

Logistics
1) Manage logistics for all inward RM & PM and outward FG.
