Job Description

1. Responsible for managing the complete sales cycle in the assigned region.
2. To identify and meet with potential customers (identify big-ticket opportunities).
3. To drive sales precisely for the product categories of all four verticals- Education technology,
Collaborative Conferencing and Professional Display, Security, and surveillance and institutional Furniture.
4. Identify, meet & select prospective dealers who can deal with educational and training institutes,
government, and corporate establishments, and more.
5. To develop a strong association with key decision-makers in targeted business/organizations for
business development.
6. To demonstrate and deliver presentations for all products/solutions, promoting benefits to all
potential customers and partners.
7. To coordinate effectively with the regional sales coordinator for sales-related requests and
required activities such as documentation, negotiation, finalization, and after-sales coordination.
8. To develop effective competitive strategies and preparing several frameworks which can be used
for better brand/product/solutions promotion.
9. To coordinate with Tender/GeM team for processing tenders & orders on GeM.
10. Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer
satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile
1. Proven work experience as a senior sales role
2. Government Sales experience MUST. Channel Sales Experience preferable/Direct Government
sales
3. Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude and excellent communication skills
4. Availability to travel as needed.

CCTV/AV/IT/Furniture/Educational/Institutional etc.
