HR Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive HR cum Administrator to join our pre-engineering building company. As the HR cum Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in managing both human resources functions and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our company.
Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating new hire orientations.
Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and other relevant documentation for new employees.
Employee Relations:
Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries, policies, and procedures.
Address and resolve employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
Assist in fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Performance Management:
Support the implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
Maintain accurate records of employee performance evaluations and feedback.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and assist in organizing relevant training programs for employees' skill enhancement and professional growth.
HR Compliance:
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
Administration:
Office Management:
Oversee the day-to-day office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure a well-functioning office environment.
Facilities Management:
Manage facility-related tasks, such as maintenance, repairs, and security to ensure a safe and conducive workplace.
Travel and Logistics:
Arrange travel accommodations, transportation, and itineraries for employees as needed.
Documentation and Reporting:
Prepare and maintain various reports, spreadsheets, and documents related to HR and administrative activities.
Event Coordination:
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and workshops.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in HR roles, with exposure to administrative responsibilities preferred.
Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Highly organized and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
