Lead Salesforce BusinessAnalyst Location:Bangalore CoimbatoreNoida Experience:7 10Years

JD : Analyzerealtime and historical data on operational performance andcustomer experienceGenerate and modify userdashboards; partner with development & testing teams tocreate effective toolsCoordinate withSalesforce administration and development teams to take ownershipof technical delivery and escalate to relevant resources onroadblocks. Technical leadership setting best practices includingintegration and application development deployment testing (unitand systems) and iterativerefinementIdentify & drivecontinuous improvements in the CRM technology to improve costquality turnaround time & customereffort.Participate in all aspects of CRMchanges: requirements design user testing and/or agilesprints.Strong business analysis andfunctional experience including requirements gathering andcreating/deploying solutions to end users PreferredQualificationsUnderstand businessrequirements and translate it into functional and technicalrequirements and test scriptsAct as a singlepoint of contact between the business and technicalteamEnable functional delivery and beresponsible for User Acceptance Testing (UAT)rolloutReview Business cycle reports(Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly) to ensure accuracy of data inreports in the HR Analytics (HRA) ToolOwnthe design development and maintenance of ongoing metrics reportsanalyses dashboards etc. to drive key businessdecisions.Make recommendations for newmetrics techniques and strategies to improve marketing campaigntargeting and measurement in thefuture.Define the data elements and datastructure that our team should leverage to enable analyticalcapabilities for our product management and engineeringteamsEnable effective decisionmaking byretrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compilingit into a digestible and actionableformatEnsure KPIs are published and reviewedon a daily weekly and monthly basis and perform analysis on anybehaviors/processes that could impact dataintegrityUse data mining model building andother analytical techniques to develop and maintaincustomer/developer segmentationsAnalyzecurrent delivery trends provide recommendations and execute onexisting or new programs and/or process improvements to driveproductivity and improved servicedelivery.
