This is a remote position.As aSalesforce Technical Architect you will play a critical role indefining and delivering endtoend solution architectures for ourclients. You will be responsible for taking ownership of the entiresolution architecture from start to finish ensuring the higheststandards of quality and efficiency. You will collaborate closelywith business stakeholders to negotiate technical solutions anddesign choices and lead a team of Salesforce AdministratorsDevelopers Platform and Integration specialists to bring thesesolutions tolife.

Responsibilities:

Take ownership of the entire solutionarchitecture from inception to delivery.

Create and oversee a streamlined delivery process thatensures high quality and efficiency.

Persuasively negotiate technical solutions and designchoices with business stakeholders.

Estimate and implement data structures flows Apex classesand Lightning components to support applicationdevelopment.

Lead and mentor teamsof Salesforce Administrators Developers Platform and Integrationspecialists.

Drive innovation andbest practices in Salesforce development andarchitecture.

Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to ensure successful implementation ofSalesforce solutions.

Stay updatedon the latest Salesforce technologies and bestpractices.

Provide technicalguidance and support to project teams andclients.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Computer ScienceEngineering or related field.

Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)preferred.

Minimum of 15 years ofexperience working with Salesforce platforms.

Proven track record of designing and implementing complexSalesforce solutions.

Strongunderstanding of Salesforce architecture data model and securitymodel.

Experience with Sales andService cloud implementations.

Proficiency in Apex Visualforce Lightning Web Componentsand other Salesforce development tools.

Excellent communication and negotiationskills.

Ability to work effectivelyin a fastpaced dynamic environment.

Strong leadership and mentoringskills.
