Provide local HR support to staff including but not limited to Recruitment new employees and experience employees (New HC or Replacement), T&D, Insurances, tools like Successfactors, Leave mgmt. etc Joining Formalities pre reporting and after reporting Induction Training New employee Data updation in SF and LMS Organizing medical check-up for newly joined employees and Annual medical check-up for existing employees employee muster updation Exit Formalities for left employees Daily Attendance Monitoring Prepare Employee training file (Technical and nontechnical) on roll and off role employees Monthly in class /technical training data updation in SF labour Department compliance Shops and commercial establishment Act , Contract labour act , Minimum wages Act and Payment of wages Act Handling local administration, liaison with local authorities Compliance to local requirements as below but not limited to: TNCPB compliance -Monthly return for water Effluent disposal or Hazardous waste disposal , Form - 4Annual return submission & Form - 5 Environment statement return submission, Application for new and renewal of CFO and Form-2 Trade license PR preparation for materials, Vendor agreements and vendor services Petty cash handling Housekeeping Monitoring Security Monitoring Building maintenance Hotel and flight bookings
