- The ideal candidate for this position should possess Night Shift experience, demonstrating exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. A keen interest in acquiring technical skills, preferably with a minimum of 2 years of experience, is essential.
- The flexibility to work night shifts and be on-call is required, with shift schedules determined by operational needs.
- Team-playing abilities and active ownership are crucial, involving proactive follow-ups with users to ensure resolution of technical issues.
- The candidate should be adept at identifying and escalating issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- A willingness to contribute ideas and opinions as part of a continuous improvement program is highly valued, and a technical background would be advantageous for success in this role.
