As a Real Estate Sales Executive, your primary role is to facilitate property transactions, connecting buyers with suitable properties and assisting sellers in marketing and selling their properties. Your responsibilities include:
1. Client Interaction: Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
2. Property Listings: Create appealing property listings with detailed descriptions and high-quality photos.
3. Market Research: Stay informed about local real estate market trends, pricing, and competition.
4. Property Showings: Arrange and conduct property viewings for potential buyers.
5. Networking: Attend industry events and network to expand your client base.
6. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
Requirements:
• Proven track record in real estate sales or a related field.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in using real estate software and tools.
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals
• Two-Wheeler & Valid DL
• Smart phone.
