We at Ketto, are looking for an experienced Inside Sales executive to join our Team .

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Call and qualify leads added in the CRM

2. Convert qualified leads into accounts i.e. guide people to start fundraisers on Ketto

3. Work closely with sales executives to improve business processes.

What you bring to the table:

1. Holding a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent diploma with 0-3 years of work experience in a customer-facing role. Prior experience in Inside (telephonic) sales is highly preferred

2. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.

3. Saturdays and Sundays will be working. You will be working a 5-day workweek with any 2 weekdays off.

4. Experience working with a CRM eg. Zoho CRM, Salesforce.

5. Strong communication skills.

6. Open to handling requests from leads during off-work hours, on occasion.
