Inside Sales Executive/ Inside Sales Specialist for US Shift/ Night Shift

- Maintain accurate records of all leads & call interactions

Inside Sales Specialist: Experience: 2-5 years (Ed-Tech preferred)in US ShiftRoles and Responsibilities:
ï'· Conversion of leads received from various marketing channels
ï'· Generate revenue by developing, maintaining customer relationships and
positioning our training programs
ï'· Develop / Execute Inside Sales plans including Lead Generation and Closure
ï'· Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives
ï'· Managing pre-sales to post-sales support activities for the customers
ï'· Be able to create and maintain a pipeline of leads based on the target parameters
set by the organization
ï'· Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect communication and convert them into
qualified leads
ï'· Drive customer relationships through the funnel from prospect to qualified and
deliver qualified opportunities to the sales team.
ï'· Develop a sales pipeline through online sources, customer contacts, social networks
ï'· Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, team environment.
ï'· Minimum 1+ years of inside sales experience in an inside sales role.
ï'· Must be organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills
ï'· cold - callings, generating leads and revenue from references from past customers

ï'· Convincing and negotiating Skills. Good listener
ï'· Active LinkedIn user
ï'· She/he should be target oriented; self-motivated and interested to take up
challenges - above all someone sincere and mature
ï'· Somebody interested in the job profile and the value add and experience that the
profile offers.
ï'· She/he should have a good overall understanding and know how to handle senior
decision-makers.
ï'· Ability to leverage existing relationships for generating new business.
ï'· She/he should have good communication and a high level of energy at work.
ï'· Experienced in using CRM tools.
