We are looking for a highly motivated

Sales Development Representative (SDR)

with experience in

enterprise, retail, and IT services sales

to join our growing team. The SDR will play a key role in

driving pipeline growth

, generating

qualified leads

, and supporting the sales team in expanding our market presence. This role is perfect for a proactive and resilient professional who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting
Conduct

outbound prospecting

via

cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach

to generate high-quality sales opportunities.
Identify and qualify potential clients in the enterprise, retail, and IT services sectors.
Research and analyse target markets, key decision-makers, and pain points to craft personalized outreach strategies.
Manage and nurture inbound leads from marketing campaigns, referrals, and events.

Sales Process & Pipeline Management
Engage with

C-level executives, VPs, and decision-makers

to build interest in our Services & solutions.
Set up

introductory meetings Services & Product demos

for the sales team.
Maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers and track interactions.
Collaborate with Account Executives (AEs) to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
Educate prospects on how our solutions can address their business challenges and pain points.

Performance & Collaboration
Meet and exceed

monthly/quarterly targets

for lead generation and qualified meetings.
Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to improve outreach and conversion strategies.
Provide feedback on prospect challenges, objections, and market insights to help refine sales messaging.

Key Qualifications & Experience:
5+ years

of experience in

sales development, business development, or lead generation

within enterprise, retail, or IT services.
Proven track record of successfully prospecting, qualifying leads, and setting up sales meetings.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage senior-level executives.
Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a results-driven mindset.
Ability to handle objections, and rejections, and navigate complex sales cycles.
