Reward Analyst – International HR

(1) International Reward and (2) HR Process Excellence and Systems
functions to support key processes and initiatives across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare data for compensation and benefits analyses.
Clean reported data and check the quality of data.
Develop and maintain key compensation and benefits information.
Provide support to Talent function with data.
Support Head of Reward on presentations and data gathering on key Enterprise projects such as Job Architecture framework review.
Cooperate with the salary benchmarking external consulting company.
Calculate the variable pay for employees under the close supervision of a C&B specialist (bonuses, incentives, stock option plans, etc.).
Run the audit reports and inform Head of Reward about the results of audit tests.
Advise other members of HR team on basic C&B topics.
Analyze the compensation data against the compensation policies and reports non-compliant cases and behavior.
Learn C&B processes and practices to advance the career.
Develop/execute roadmap for rollout or enhancements of identified pan-international processes and technology.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor/Master's degree in HR or equivalent
2 to 5 years of relevant experience
Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Proficiency in data analysis and presentation tools.
Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and time management skills
Able to work independently and perform as a team player
Prior C&B experience is not mandatory. However, interest in working and learning this subject is important for the candidate to be successful in the role.
This role will sit within the Liberty Data Analytics (LDA) entity, a subsidiary of Liberty Mutual Insurance. The final grade level and title of the role will depend on the candidate's qualifications and experiences.
