Data Management : Create and manage insightful MIS reports. What We're Looking For : Experience : 4+ years in the insurance or financial services industry. Communication Skills : Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Insurance Expertise : In-depth knowledge of insurance processes (Policy Review, New Business, Renewals, Surrenders/Maturity, Claims, Decreases/Increases, Query handling, Underwriting, Top-up). Mentorship : Experience in training and mentoring team members. Attention to Detail : A thorough, accurate, and organized approach.
