Sales Development Representative

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on connecting with people, driving lead generation, and setting the foundation for strong customer relationships.
About Us:
We help out clients kickstart their cold outreach through LinkedIn, email, and calls, without the need for a full-time SDR team. We specialize in providing fractional SDR & Talent Acquisition services that deliver exceptional results at a fraction of the cost.
Your Role:
As an SDR, you'll be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating new leads, and creating opportunities for the sales team. You'll play a critical role in building the sales pipeline and ensuring consistent growth for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute daily outbound campaigns on LinkedIn, email, and other channels with personalized messaging and follow-ups.
- Research and build prospect lists based on Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
- Qualify leads, respond to prospect inquiries, and book meetings with potential clients.
- Track and optimize campaign performance using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the SDR Manager to refine strategies and improve processes.
What We're Looking For
- 2-5 years of experience in a sales or SDR role (experience in SaaS is a plus).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong research and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn and email outreach tools.
- A self-starter mindset with a passion for helping startups grow.
- Familiarity with tools like Crunchbase, Apollo.io, Smartlead, Salesforce and other tools
